- Theory of Thai SEN (Energy Lines) from the anatomical perspective. The course will delve into parallels between Thai Massage and other more modern healing modalities. (30 Minutes)
- How to use various tools like palms, fingers, and thumbs with gravity, rhythm, and breath to achieve the maximum effect with minimum efforts. (30 minutes)
- Techniques to work on the feet including element of Foot Reflexology. (2 hours)
- Principles of Thai SEN (Meridians) and mapping them over the legs followed by practical techniques for working with them. (2 hours)
- Single Leg Exercises. (6 hours)
- Inversion exercises. (2 hours)
- Working on the abdominal and chest areas. (1 hour)
- Arms. (2 hours)
- Neck and shoulders. ( 1 hour)
- Face and head. (2 hours)
