Thai Massage Training Video: How to work the Thai SEN (Meridians)

Part of our Thai Massage Course Level 1. This video shows the application of the Yogic Nadis / meridian (called SEN in Thai) that improves the function of internal organs. SEN lines help distribute prana (energy) through the physical and subtle body. This sequence, therefore, helps improve digestion, psycho-somatic diseases, paralysis, circulatory problems.

Thai Massage Training Video: Foot Reflexology in Supine position

Part of Thai Massage course Level 1 showing the Preparatory steps in a Thai Massage session. Working on the foot using reflexology. Sequence lasts about 15 minutes when done on both feet. Relaxing and sleep inducing. Also important from a postural point of view as the alignment of the feet determines the relative position of the all the joints above.
