Bent Knee Series

A sequence from our Thai Massage Training of Level 1. Single Leg Exercises showing alternative ways to work  on Meridians (SEN). Also involves stretching of the Psoas muscle group to improve back pain. Works on psoas, hamstring, gastrocnemius muscles. Great sequences for improving internal energy balance while also doing work on the muscles. Please contra-indications of Thai Massage for a safe practice.
