Thai Massage Training Video: Side Position Part 2

Part of  our Thai Massage Training module Level 2. These sequences emulate poses from Yoga like the cobra and spinal twists. This sequence works on energy lines i.e. nadis/ meridian lines of the human body especially the back. Includes acupressure points to relieve back pain. Back and side stretches are also included. Side position is one of the most comfortable massage positions for the client, Great for overweight, inflexible people. Also includes stretches and hamstring work. Please see contra-indications of Thai Massage before practicing.
