Monika first came in contact with Thai Yoga Massage in 2008 when she took her first Thai Yoga Massage training with Cyriac. Even though she had a successful 15 years of high flying career in the Consulting sector, she aspired for a vocation where she would be able to help people to find a better quality of life. Her friends and surroundings helped her to understand about her being a “Person-of-Touch”. This bought her to learn about Thai Yoga Massage in 2012 to Cyriac and her journey as an Alternative Healer started.
Through this course, she realized the deep connections between the body and mind and was able to reflect on the cause and effect of health and diseases on our daily lifestyle. She went in-depth from the science of the human anatomy to the art of touch and healing. She promptly put that learning to use by quitting her job and starting her own Alternative Healing Center called Sajivam.
Towards the beginning of 2015, she took Thai Yoga Massage to a new platform as a foundation of Sports Therapy Program to athletes from a grassroots level to intermediate and to seasoned levels in different sports academies, sports clubs, and sports teams. Today Sajivam has reached to the level where it has established itself as a successful Alternative Healing Center in Bangalore and a leading exclusive Sports Therapy Provider to all level of players in Bangalore and in rest of India.
To get her business to be successful, Monika has been personally involved in training most of her staff over the years in Thai Massage. Her excellent training skills, anatomical understanding, and professionalism has been the secret of the success of Sajivam.
