Thai Massage Training in Mysore, India

 

Mysore is a place where any serious Yoga practitioner must come to.

Yoga schools are about as numerous as the ancient temples in  Mysore. Even today in the 21st century it retains it old world South Indian charm. A visitor to Mysore must visit the Palace during the Dushera festival generally when a  traditional procession is held. Another great attraction is the temple of Wrathful Goddess Chamundieshwari

School of Thai Massage holds its classes at the Nandavana Farms close to this legendary Chamundi Temple and surrounding hills. Nandavan farms is a large bungalow built with traditional South Indian architecture and is located far from the hustle and bustle of Mysore.

Shared accommodation is available at INR 800 per night (dormitory), twin sharing (INR 1000) and single occupancy (INR 1250). All accommodation facilities have an attached kitchen with wifi. Classical Indian thali lunch can be provided on class days if required for INR 150. Of course, many other options for accommodation are available in Mysore especially in Gokulam/ Lakshmipuram area from basic to expensive rooms on daily and monthly rental. Local buses are available on a regular schedule from the central bus station.

School of Thai Massage will be conducting it's four-day 30 hours Thai Yoga Massage Basic training course starting December 22nd, 2018 in the Mysore Krishnamachar Yoga Shala, Mysore. The course will include delivering Thai massage to a client in a supine position  (Client lies on their back). The objective of the course is to ensure that the practitioner learns not only the techniques of Thai Yoga Massage but also learns how to use these techniques from an anatomical perspective.

Pickup and drop from Bangalore International Airport to the venue can be arranged on an at-cost basis.
