Dance at a FestivalSikkim is an amazing land dominated by snowcapped peaks and lush mountains. The state is still a undiscovered tourist place for foreign visitors and hence quite a novel experience different from the rest of India. With its unique culture and natural landscape, Sikkim is a picture of perfection and pristine purity.
Dominating both legend and landscape of Sikkim is the mighty Khangchendzonga (8585 M) the third highest peak in the world. For the Sikkimese it is the Guardian deity, a country God whose snow capped presence ensures peace and prosperity for the land.
There are Buddhists festival with colourful costumes in quaint monasteries, treks through rhodendron forest, topsy turrvy white water rides in thePrayer Flags Teesta river and pristine sacred lakes to to visit. 
The Himalayan landscape in Sikkim is well protected by law and Buddhist culture of the state. A great place to experience the untouched Himalayas.

For accommodation you are welcome to stay at the school which is based in small village called Pangthang about 15 Km north from the state capital of Sikkim, Gangtok. Accommodation at the school costs Rs.200 per day without food. You are welcome to use the kitchen at the school and buy your own provisions from town. Please note you might be sharing your room with other students who is also be attending the course in same schedule. Accommodation at the school is basic in nature and if you require more creature comforts there is a guesthouse in the village for Rs.800 per night.
