Flying Partner Yoga How can we become more present to the space between us in any relationship? When inviting another person onto your yoga mat the communication process becomes the focus of awareness. Flying Partner Yoga is a joyful practice of sacred geometries, blending partner yoga, partner acrobatics and partner Thai massage. The practice allows two or more people to share weight, balance, and support in yoga flows. An empowering part of the practice involves one partner “flying” the other in safely supported asanas and inversions.
