TYMS is run by one of India’s first few certified Thai Yoga Massage instructors, Cyriac Joseph. Cyriac started his career in the corporate sector but realised over time the toll  that such an existence takes on the human spirit. He found his vocation eventually in Thai Yoga Massage and made it his mission to teach this art in the country of its origin.

Cyriac spends his time between his home base of Bangalore and Sikkim in the north-eastern Himalayas. He spends more than six months of the year in small Vajrayani buddhist community  in a village in Sikkim focusing on his meditation practices.

Cyriac has more than 619 hours of training in Thai Massage and massage related anatomy and has trained at several Thai Massage schools in Thailand including the Sunshine network, School for Massage and Health( Chiang Mai) , ITM (Chiang Mai), Lek Chaiya School.

In addition Cyriac has trained with the masters of Nuad Thai- Pichest and Sinchai.   Therefore he brings a wide range of techniques to suit your body and style. Teaching style is flexible and effect on the client rather technique is the emphasis of our methodology. Cyriac has been teaching Thai Yoga Massage since 2008.
